321 Ways to Be Inclusive

Why Practice Inclusion?

Including people with disabilities benefits EVERYONE. Why? Consider a world with no barriers; a world where we can learn and play with people who are different from us, in an environment that meets everyone’s unique needs. No two people think, act, learn and play exactly the same way. Inclusion helps us understand and celebrate all the wonderful ways each human being is different and amazing.

This year, to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st (3/21), R.I.D.E.4 ALL has compiled a list of 321 ways that you can start practicing inclusion in your every day life, so people of all abilities can learn and thrive together in our community.

This inclusive world cannot exist until we are all willing to reflect and change the way we engage with the disabled community. We will be releasing sections of the list throughout the month - and the file will be updated! So check back!
